Archer Public Affair's Senior Director of Strategic & Regulatory Affairs Richard Mroz has been elected to the NACD New Jersey Chapter Board of Directors. 

In a statement about his election, Rick said "I am honored to be appointed  to the Board of Directors for the NACD NJ Chapter with a mission to be the premier organization in the State for corporate directors, offering formal and informal networking, best practices, and world-class director education. 

Drawing on my years of corporate, non-profit, and government agency service,  I look forward to working with a wonderfully talented and accomplished group of current board members, and advancing the works of NACD to support good governance amongst the corporate director community."

The NACD New Jersey Chapter provides educational programs for board members, prospective board members, and CEOs. Their meetings focus on both the practical aspects of board service and the latest developments in leading practices and corporate governance. Attendees include directors and senior executives from New Jersey based public and private companies, as well as nonprofit organizations.
