Biography

Carlton specializes in the practices areas of Government Relations and Litigation with an emphasis on Minority and Women owned small and medium sized businesses. He represents a wide range of clients from closely held and emerging growth companies, to governmental and quasi-governmental entities, to larger privately and publicly held companies.

Carlton also represents and counsels a number of business clients, large and small, with regard to their Government Affairs needs and also is frequently asked to serve as a mediator in high profile litigation and non-litigation matters.
