S185 / A1903 (Whelan, Beck, Burzichelli, Mazzeo, Singleton) - Permits Internet gaming equipment to be located at certain secure facilities in Atlantic City

S1498 / A2708 (Lesniak, Whelan, Mazzeo) - Eliminates exemption from noise control restrictions for certain bars in Atlantic City Tourism District

S2122 / A3264 (Van Drew, Beck, Prieto, Sumter, Andrzejczak, Watson Coleman, Eustace, Stender) - Appropriates funds to DEP for environmental infrastructure projects for FY2015

S2123 / A3265 (Gordon, Thompson, Mazzeo, Lagana, Benson, Green, Sumter) - Authorizes New Jersey Environmental Infrastructure Trust to expend certain sums to make loans for environmental infrastructure projects for FY2015

S2236 / A3375 (Doherty, Beach, Mukherji, Oliver, Tucker, Ciattarelli, Andrzejczak) - Designates U.S. Route 22 bridge, Easton-Phillipsburg Toll Bridge, as "Sergeant William John Cahir Memorial Bridge"

SJR52 / AJR71 (Ruiz, Cunningham, Pintor, Spencer, Quijano, Rumana) - Declares second Saturday of July of each year as "Dominican Pride Day" in New Jersey

A3266 / S2121 (McKeon, Sumter, Egan, Wimberly, Riley, Whelan, Oroho) - Establishes Equipment Loan Program in NJ Environmental Infrastructure Trust; changes submission and approval requirements for financial plan


S82 / A478 (Stack, Green, Gusciora, Jasey, Sumter) – ABSOLUTE - "Property Tax Lien Pilot Program," establishes pilot program to allow certain municipalities greater control over sale of tax liens

S966 / A2216 (Rice, Turner, Watson Coleman, Jasey, Giblin, Garcia, Wimberly) – ABSOLUTE - Establishes procedures for the approval of the closure of a public school

762 / A3328 (Sarlo, Beck, Schaer, Caride, Lagana, Eustace) – ABSOLUTE - Adds to property tax levy cap exclusions increases in flood insurance premiums

S783 / ACS for A2349 (Weinberg, Lampitt, Mosquera, Watson Coleman, Garcia) – CONDITIONAL - "Unfair Wage Recovery Act"; provides that unlawful employment practice occurs each time individual is affected

S1038 / A2345 (Weinberg, Lampitt, Mosquera, Johnson, Watson Coleman) –ABSOLUTE - "Wage Transparency Act"; requires reporting of public contractor employment information

S1041 / A2108 (Gordon, Bateman, Gusciora, Vainieri Huttle, Caride, Garcia, Watson Coleman) – ABSOLUTE - Prohibits treatment, discharge, disposal, application to roadway, or storage of wastewater, wastewater solids, sludge, drill cuttings or other byproducts from natural gas exploration or production using hydraulic fracturing

S2158 / A3418 (Barnes, Vitale, Greenstein, Vainieri Huttle, Garcia, DeAngelo) – CONDITIONAL - Requires comparable level of services and supports to be provided to former residents of developmental centers transitioning to community placements and for placements to be located within 30 miles of closed centers

S2249 / A3475 (Gordon, Barnes, Vainieri Huttle, Benson, DeAngelo, Eustace) – CONDITIONAL - Imposes moratorium on Returning Home New Jersey initiative and prohibits transfers from out-of-State placements under certain conditions

S2250 / A3476 (Lesniak, Whelan, Beck, Caputo, Dancer, Mazzeo, Burzichelli, Mukherji) – ABSOLUTE - Partially repeals prohibitions against sports wagering at racetracks and casinos in New Jersey

A2956 / S1893 (Mosquera, Prieto, Schaer, Jasey, Vainieri Huttle, Turner, Vitale) - ABSOLUTE - Provides $21 minimum annual energy assistance to qualified families; qualifies families to receive additional nutritional assistance
