Jordan Rogers Receives City & State Pennsylvania Impact Award
Archer Public Affairs (“APA”) Director Jordan Rogers is a recipient of City & State's 2025 Pennsylvania Impact Award. This prestigious honor recognizes individuals who have made outstanding contributions to improving the lives of Pennsylvanians through community service, volunteerism, diversity initiatives, advocacy efforts, and innovation. City & State celebrated the honorees at a special event on December 3 at the Doubletree in Center City Philadelphia.
At APA, Jordan draws on his background in public affairs, media relations, fundraising, and political operations to develop effective strategies and deliver real results for clients. Previously, he served as Southeastern Pennsylvania Regional Political Director for John Fetterman’s U.S. Senate campaign, helping shape political strategy, managing county-level operations, and coordinating efforts with elected officials, community organizations, and other key stakeholders.
Earlier in his career, Jordan served as District Director for former State Representative Brian Sims, where he developed public relations strategies and organized policy hearings. In this role, he worked closely with neighborhood RCOs and civic groups, providing direct constituent support and addressing community concerns through collaborative engagement. He also worked as Business Services Director for the Fairmount CDC in Philadelphia, supporting 56 local businesses. At the CDC, he helped strengthen connections between residents and the business community and led a neighborhood-driven effort that raised more than $40,000 in COVID-19 relief to help local businesses cover rent, bills, and other essential operating needs during the height of the pandemic. Before that, he coordinated fundraising and grant-writing initiatives as Program & Development Coordinator at Public Health Management Corporation.
True to his Philadelphia roots, Jordan is an active volunteer and community advocate for the Brewerytown-Sharswood Neighborhood Association. He is also a LEADERSHIP Philadelphia 2019 Keepers Program Fellow, an invitation-only initiative designed to connect rising professionals to one another and to the city. Jordan is also a City & State Pennsylvania 2025 Forty Under 40 recipient.
Jordan earned his Master of Public Health degree from Drexel University and his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Florida State University.
